Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $50,000–$60,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Sell personal lines products including:
- Auto
- Home
- Motorcycle
- ATV
- Umbrella
- Respond to inbound inquiries and effectively overcome common sales objections
- Become proficient in agency products, carrier options, and internal systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals using established processes
- Contribute to agency growth through:
- Cross-selling and rounding out accounts
- Supporting new initiatives
- Utilize multiple lead sources and strategies, including:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Referral partner development
- Marketing and social media
- Account rounding and pipeline management
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet systems, CRM tools)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
