We are a family-owned and operated independent insurance agency in Las Vegas, and we are growing. We are looking for a Bilingual Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager who wants to build a long-term career with a supportive team in a positive office environment.
Our agency is known for providing excellent service and helping clients make informed coverage decisions. In this role, you will work closely with both new and existing customers, helping them with service needs, coverage questions, and policy support while building strong relationships along the way.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while working closely with both clients and fellow team members.
