Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $55,000–$85,000
- Uncapped commission opportunity

Responsibilities
- Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, and other prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies, while also supporting renewals on the existing book
- Conduct needs analyses with clients to identify exposures and uncover gaps in coverage
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage
- Become proficient in agency products, services, and systems
- Meet monthly sales goals by following established sales processes
- Contribute to individual and agency success through new business production, cross-selling, and support of new initiatives
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good computer and operational skills, including Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and typing 45+ WPM
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
